Contact support

For account, verification, subscription, payment, or technical questions, contact eCargo support. If you can sign in, the fastest option is to open a support ticket inside the app.

Account access

  • Use the phone number linked to your company account.
  • If OTP delivery fails, wait for the cooldown and request a new code.
  • If two-step verification or passkeys block access, contact support from the email or phone number above.

Company verification and plans

Verification documents, subscription plans, member seats, invoices, and advertising balance are managed after sign in. Open Settings, then Business tools or Help and feedback.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you are using the latest eCargo app version.
  • Check notification permissions in your device or browser settings.
  • For upload problems, try a PDF, JPG, or PNG file and confirm the file is readable.
